Ingredients:
-1 Sheet Puff Pastry
-Prosciutto
-Manchego
-Gouda
-1 beaten egg
-Calabrian Chili Paste
-Hot Honey
-SLC Pesto Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Spread 3 TBSP of Calabrian chili paste onto the thawed puffed pastry
- Drizzle a thin layer of hot honey over the chilis
- Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares
- Cut a rectangle of Manchego cheese 1.5 inches long and wrap in prosciutto
- Sprinkle shredded gouda cheese over each square then roll up
- Brush each roll up with egg wash and sprinkle with SLC pesto salt
- Bake for 15 minutes
