Protein Bowl



  • 1 bunch each of parsley and cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno and 1 Fresno pepper
  • 1 and ½ large shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Several dashes of red wine vinegar
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Big pinch of salt/pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce




  • Garlic powder, onion pwder, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes per side on medium



  • Salt and pepper
  • Cook on 3 min per side on high heat
  • Deglaze pan with sliced peppers and onions and saute for a while




  • Place in hot pan
  • Let char on all sides, then kill heat and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce
  • Toss broccolini in mixture in pan


Add to bowl


  • Quinoa, pickled onions and arugula, your protein, broccolini, sauted onions and peppers, more pickled onions, chimichurri and optionally sriracha
